Domo Qee
Used this little guy as a “test” for some ideas I have for some future projects. Just a simple 2″ Domo Qee and acrylics. I hadn’t really done any weathering yet in my brief time doing customs and this turned out to be a lot more fun than I had expected. This is something I could see myself taking quite a ways. It brings back memories of my undergrad days, slaving away in the metals studio! As a graphic design major, some people thought I was a bit of an odd ball because I had such an obsession for 3D media in that form. What can I say, I love metals! There is nothing like working with copper, bronze and other non-precious metals. Something about those materials just hits the spot.
Revisited mr.Domo recently for the Toy2R Qeeology 2.5 Exhibit on May 7th.
